Can I purchase an S&A gift card?

We do sell gift cards! Gift cards are digital and sent via email. Customers are welcome to print a paper copy from their email at home to gift. Gift cards can only be redeemed at the location they were purchased at.

Item dates?

We are unable to respond to specific inquiries about dates. The same things will frequently have different dates. Remember that as a licensed food discount/outlet store, we sell both in-date and close-dated items, as well as high-quality items that have passed their "best by date." Our inventory is always changing, therefore there may occasionally be limited amounts of certain items. Before the commodities are stocked, we take great care to guarantee their quality and freshness.

What is a stamp card?

For every $20 you spend at S&A after all discounts, you will receive a stamp on your card. When all five stamps are filled you will receive $5 off your next visit. Stamp cards can be used and redeemed at every location and are free to all customers. Stamps can only be redeemed at the time of each purchase.

Why do prices vary from store to store?

Each store has its own unique sales because each location has their own unique customers! We like to cater to what the customers at each location love, we do that through the help of your feedback and reviews, so THANK YOU for always leaving a positive word and suggestions too.

Why did this price change?

We know it’s a bummer, but prices are subject to change with the market. Don’t fret though! We will ALWAYS give you the best deals we can to save you and your family the most money!

Why doesn't every store carry the same items?

Every store receives almost all items at random, keeping each store's inventory unique. We highly encourage all customers to visit every store and follow our Facebook pages so no item goes unseen.

Is there a phone number that I can call?

We do not currently have a phone number available to the public. We encourage customers to visit a store to ask any questions they may have. If a question is urgent customers are always welcome to message our Facebook page or email us. and someone will try to respond to you ASAP.

Can you hold an item for me?

We do not hold items for customers because stock is limited and in high demand. To solve this, we advertise all new items daily so all customers have the same opportunity to shop for every item.

When does the next shipment come in?

There is no single good day to shop at S&A, everyday is the best day because we stock new items all day every day. New shipments are delivered randomly throughout the week. Each location will announce their deliveries on Facebook as they are received.

Why is their different items every time I shop?

New items are stocked every single day which means our inventory is constantly changing. Each stores inventory is unique to that location, although you may find some inventory at multiple stores.

Do case deals still apply if I buy the same amount as in a case?

Case prices at any S&A location only apply to closed-case items. We do not allow customers to purchase single items in the same quantity as a case and still receive a closed-case deal.

If an item is BOGO Free sale do I get a discount for just getting 1?

BOGO Free only means that the second item is free. We do not give an extra discount for buying just one item. Please remember that the free item is always the cheaper of the two.
